Additional information

Half day is up to 4 hours and a whole day can be up to 8 hours. All images are viewable by the client at the end of the session, and a CD or DVD with both Raw and JPEG images will be made available within 2 working days of the end of the shoot. In addition to the CD or DVD of the days’ images, a contact sheet will also be provided at no extra cost.

If the images are not to your requirements we can discuss the changes you want and retake any images. Additionally it is possible to change elements of the images within a few working days; this can be as simple as changing the sky, removing objects or people or adding and combining elements from many images. Dependant on the work involved there could be additional charges.

A backup of all images will be kept on DVD for as long as is practical.  Copies of the disks can be reorder at £5 per disk for up to two years.

All distances within a 10 mile radius of Milton Keynes are included in the price thereafter are charged at 30 pence a mile. (Maximum additional charge of £60, irrespective of distance)

VAT is included in the prices, so what you see is what you pay.

Technology used...

Computer : All our work is done on laptops which allows us to show the customer onsite all images from the shoot. Our screens have been calibrated using the Pantone Huey Pro. We currently have 1 Tb of storage, with the ability to write CDs and DVDs as an alternative to hard disk storage. Images are edited in a variety of packages but the main application is Photoshop CS2 and Wacom Tablet.

Cameras : Canon equipment and lenses with most of my work being taken with a Canon 1Ds Mk II DSLR.

Printer : Epson R2400 A3+ inkjet printer. By using genuine Epson Ultrachrome inks we guarantee the consistency of the work over time. The manufacturer also gives light fast guarantees to the life of the pigment based inks used in the creation of your images. As with all images no guarantee is given should it be kept in direct sunlight over a prolonged period of time as this will accelerate the fading.

Paper : All paper will be genuine Epson Premium Grade and archival photographic stock so that the inks are matched up with the paper from the printer. You can however specify alternative types of paper, but this may affect results and is not guaranteed to produce the same quality of work.
